Louise LeDuc, M.D.

Dr. LeDuc was born in Nebraska, but was raised in Ohio. She then lived in Massachusetts for 7 years, Missouri for 7 years, California for 10 years and then Pennsylvania for 15 years.  Along the way she got a B.A. from Harvard, a Ph.D. from Washington University and a  M.D. from Pennsylvania State. She worked as a research scientist with a NIH grant studying Inflammatory Bowel Disease before going to medical school at age 44.

Dr. LeDuc loves bird watching, reading, cooking, photography and travel. She recently came back from Singapore, and hopes  to visit her college roommate in Madagascar sometime in the next few years. She says that Cities and travel are fun, but she is always thrilled to get back to the great folks and the beauty of John Day Valley.
